Facilitated communication between band leaders and the section, consolidated and distributed parts, took attendance, covered parts for absences, kept instrument inventory, set up of equipment prior to rehearsals and performances, provided instruction and coaching, and recruited new members. I also supplied most of the band's percussion equipment during this period.
